Support

Arabic Everyday is an iPhone app for learning Arabic one word a day. Each word comes with its Arabic script, transliteration, translation and description, read aloud by the iPhone's voice. The word of the day also shows on your lock screen and home screen widgets.

How do I restore my purchase?

On the subscription screen, tap Restore. Inside the app, go to Profile, tap Premium, then Restore. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Arabic Everyday, then Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How does the free trial work?

The annual plan comes with a 7-day free trial the first time you subscribe. Nothing is charged during those 7 days. The first payment is taken by Apple when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The subscription screen shows the date of the first charge before you confirm.

Can I hide the vowel marks?

Yes. Vowel marks are shown by default to help you read. In Profile, turn them off once you no longer need them; words are then written as they usually are in print.

How do I add the widget?

In the app, go to Profile and tap Add the widget. The guide shows how to place it on the lock screen and on the home screen.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete my data. Your progress and the records on our server are deleted immediately. Your subscription stays on your Apple ID: cancel it in iOS Settings if you no longer want it. Details are in the privacy policy.
